PASTOR VICTORIA OSTEEN SERMON: YOUR SEASONS ARE IN GODS HANDS

VICTORIA OSTEEN SERMON YOUR SEASONS ARE IN GODS HANDSPastor Victoria osteen teaches us from the book of Ecclesiastes 3, it says To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth?

We serve an eternal, God, but everything under the sun, here on this earth has a season and a time, so we have to understand that we are in a season right now. Times and seasons are so important in our lives, we must try to understand what season in our lives we are in and we must try to squeeze out of our time, everything that we possibly can. Not every season is a blooming season, not every season is a fun season, sometimes there is challenging seasons, hard seasons, but you don’t quit living just because you are in a difficult season, you don’t quit growing or moving forward just because you are in a difficult season, you begin to change with the time, and when you do that, you would be prepared to go to the next season.

You must embrace every season of your life, and look in to it carefully so that you can see what it is preparing you for, you do not have to waste it longing for what was or reaching for what will be, you can simply just say to yourself, this is my season and it is where God has me right now, and then you ask your self, what am I going to become in this season, and the best answer to that is what God want you to be, what God has Purposed you to be.
