Compassionate Father, You are the lifter of burdens and the restorer of weary souls. From the beginning of time, You have invited Your children to bring every weight, every sorrow, and every hidden pain to You. Your Word assures us that You are near to the brokenhearted and powerful to save. Today, we come before You with faith and expectation, trusting in Your promise that every burden in our lives is lifted by Your mighty hand.

Heavenly Father,

We thank You because You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. We come to You, laying down every burden—emotional, spiritual, physical, financial, and mental—at Your feet.

Lord, You declared in Your Word, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). By this promise, we release every weight that has oppressed our hearts and clouded our minds. Let Your rest overshadow us now.

As You lifted Hannah’s burden of barrenness and turned her sorrow into joy (1 Samuel 1:10–20), lift every burden causing tears, shame, and delay in our lives. Replace heaviness with praise and despair with hope.

Father, just as You delivered the children of Israel from the heavy burden of slavery in Egypt (Exodus 3:7–8), stretch forth Your mighty hand and deliver us from every form of oppression. Break the yoke of anxiety, fear, failure, and limitation.

Your Word declares, “Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you” (Psalm 55:22). Therefore, we cast every worry, every unanswered question, and every hidden pain upon You. Uphold us by Your power and strengthen us by Your Spirit.

Holy Spirit, breathe peace into every troubled heart. Heal every wounded soul and restore joy where heaviness has lingered. Let divine relief and supernatural ease flow into our lives even now.

We declare that every burden in our lives is lifted by the power of God.

We declare freedom from emotional, spiritual, and mental oppression.

We declare divine rest, peace, and restoration in every area of our lives.

We declare that the yoke is broken and the heaviness is replaced with joy.

We declare that our testimonies will glorify the name of the Lord.
