God knows your name. You may have never spoken to Him, but He’ll speak to you. He doesn’t hold your faults against you. He doesn’t say, “You haven’t performed well enough, so I won’t have anything to do with you.” No, He’s calling your name.
The Scripture says, “Come boldly to the throne of grace.” You won’t go boldly if you’re always begging. You won’t pray with confidence if you’re asking again and again for the same thing. You need to switch out of the asking mode and into the thanking mode.
In the story of David defeating Goliath, he had less equipment, less training, and less size. Never doubt God’s mighty power working in you to accomplish, not just what you’re hoping, but infinitely beyond what you think.
