For Anyone Feeling Lost This Morning: A Prayer
Introduction
There are mornings when you wake up unsure—unsure of your next step, unsure of your direction, and unsure of what the day will bring. You may feel stuck, confused, or quietly overwhelmed. If that’s how you feel this morning, you are not alone—and you are not without hope.
This prayer is for anyone feeling lost this morning. It is a reminder that even when you don’t know where you’re going, God does. His guidance is steady, His presence is near, and His love never fails.
A Morning Prayer for Guidance and Reassurance
Heavenly Father,
This morning, I come to You feeling unsure and in need of direction. I don’t have all the answers, and I don’t know exactly what steps to take—but I know You do. I place my trust in You.
Lord, when my path feels unclear, be my guide. When my heart feels restless, be my peace. Help me release the pressure to have everything figured out and teach me to lean on You one step at a time.
Father, quiet the noise in my mind and calm the worries in my heart. Replace confusion with clarity and fear with faith. Remind me that You are leading me, even when I cannot see the full picture.
Holy Spirit, direct my steps today. Open the right doors and close the wrong ones. Give me wisdom in my decisions and confidence in Your timing. Help me recognize Your voice and follow Your lead.
Lord, I choose to trust You with this day. Even if I feel lost, I believe You are at work. You are not distant, You are not silent, and You have not forgotten me.
Thank You for walking with me and guiding me forward.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
